Rushed bases.

As a War clan we can not accept rushed bases due to the fact that it gives us a huge disadvantage in War Matching. A well balanced clan with unrushed bases have a more likely chance to have a fair war where as a unbalanced clan (rushed and unrushed bases) will go up against other clans way stronger than said clan. Hence fourth we do not accept any rushed bases.
